WEIGHTS & MEASUREMENTS

All weights and measurements weighed and measure after/post cook for final portioning unless it specifies RAW. Example: If it calls for a 7oz fillet mignon, that means the fillet should be cooked to desired temperature, cooled completely and then trimmed down to be exactly 7oz. If it calls for 10oz of sweet potato fries the weight of the sweet potato fries should be taken after they have been cooked and cooled.
OUR COOKING PRACTICES

All cooking is done with Organic non-stick cooking spray except for the grilling of proteins. Proteins can get a quick mist of olive oil from a spray bottle.
PROCUREMENT OF GROCERIES

All shopping is done at Whole Foods Market or Farmers Market. Organic and Natural ingredients are used. All cuts of meat will be “center cuts”.

PACKAGING

We use Aluminum warming containers that are microwavable, oven ready, easy to stack and sturdy for traveling.

Each meal is labeled with:
